Today was a different experience, everyone was so nice.

The next time I went in person, I spoke to the store manager about the poor quality of their inventory control data and he brushed me off saying he had no responsibility for what the web site says, then he walked away.

Took it back the same day waited in line forever again and was told Joann's doesn't except returns of sewing machines.

Joann is terrible and I am still waiting for a refund wherein they charged my account twice for the same order.

Over 3 weeks have passed and 6 phone calls 4 days of texting and still no one will tell me where my $350 is!

They cancelled an order I placed online and they never contacted me to tell me the order was canceled. This past Saturday was the very worst.
